I want to try out a step workout – and to make sure that it doesnt get boring for me, I brought along the slave … Ill use his hands as a “landing zone” for the various exercises! After only the first exercise, his hands are already glowing red … the rubber soles of my gym shoes just have the perfect grip on his skin and Im basically only jumping on his hands … which probably is really painful as well 😀 Anyway, Ive a bunch of exercises to try and the slave will have to endure them! In the end, his hands are completely covered in shoe prints and hes in great pain. What do you think? Should I keep this step and do this workout regularly?!
