Im usually not a fan of step aerobic – but with a human training mat its quite a lot of fun! This weakling has to lay still on the ground as I step, stand or stomp on his body again and again. It doesnt take long until his whole stomach and chest is covered in imprints of my running shoes tread – but this was barely the warm up! Hes clearly in pain and suffers a lot, but well keep going – I really dont care if I break him – Ill simply replace him with a more durable training mat when hes broken! After a while, I order him to turn around and I continue to trample his back and also his hands – I want his whole body to be bruised when Im done with him!

Lady Nora and I are both wearing our leather riding boots – theyve such nice sharp edges and hard soles – we just have to try them out on the losers hands! In the beginning we each concentrate on one of his hands – comparing the boot prints we left behind on his hands and fingers. After a while of standing and stomping, we decide to mix it up a little and start to walk over his hands and torment them, while the other one sits on the slaves back, watches the action and makes fun of the loser. In the end, both of his hands are completely destroyed!

Trampling hands – a tutorial for your wife! Part 2

A subs wife asked me, how to keep a slaves hands from moving while trampling his hands – and now Lady Nora and I will explain her a couple of different ways. Maybe your wife, girlfriend or mistress can profit of this explanation as well? Were both wearing sexy heels – and the slave knows pretty well how much they can hurt him. We first pin his arm between the heel and sole of one heel while his hand suffers under the other shoe – and he cant get it away from us! Next up, we grab a pair of suction cups that are usually used to carry big sheets of glass – and use them to fixate the slaves hands on the ground – these obviously only work on smooth hard floors, but theyre so powerful the slave doesnt stand a chance to move his hands! And finally, we handcuff him – so one of us can easily stand on the chain connecting the cuffs while the other one tramples his hands! I just love these sexy high heels – and I know this slave loves them as well. And now hell get a very close up look at them – and a reminder, that they can also easily hurt him a lot. Trampling his throat under my bare feet

I want to let the slave suffer under my feet today – and Ill use my full weight to trample his vulnerable throat! I try out different positions and switch between standing on his throat with one foot across his throat, standing on my tiptoes next to his throat to let my heels sink into his throat and standing with my heels on his chest and putting my toes on his throat – this way I can slowly but steadily increase the pressure. After a few minutes his head has turned into a nice red color and the slave is clearly struggling – but this is so much fun for me … I guess well continue for a while!
