When came back home from jogging I felt like torturing my slave a bit. I stepped on this guy with my dirty running shoes. It had been raining most of the day so the soles of my sneakers got really dirty. I just rubbed the soles over my slaves face. Literally using his face like it was a doormat. Of course I did not miss the chance to trample on this piece of sh***. Was so funny to watch him suffering.

Im standing on the slaves body with my bare feet and show him my dirty jogging socks – and make him smell them before ordering him to put them on my feet – while Im still standing on him of course! Then he has to put on my running shoes as well and then I leave him behind to go for a run! After a long and hard run, I return and the trampling continues immediately. After leaving behind a couple of nice shoe prints on his skin, I order him to take off my running shoes again and smell them – with the fresh foot sweat right after running the smell is even more intense. Then I press my moist running socks on his nose and step on his face and head a couple of times! After taking the socks off as well, I just stuff them into his mouth and then continue to trample his head and face under my bare feet – while he has to suck the foot sweat out of my socks!
Youve been a very bad boy and need to be punished. I missed my workout and now Im going to take it out on your body. Jumping on you should be good cardio and those pathetic grunts just make it so much more fun for me. Grunt weakling, grunt! The more you whimper the more Im going to run and stomp on your stomach. Actually that face of yours could use some trampling too. Doesnt my dirty gym sneakers feel good grinding into your face? I want to make the slave really suffer today once again – by crushing every one of his fingers! Ive put on my new LaSportiva approach shoes for that, they may look like sneakers, but theyre more like hiking shoes – with a deep tread and a very hard sole – perfect to make the slave feel like his fingers are squished in a vice 😀 I did a lot of workouts recently and spent almost a month hiking – so Ive gained some muscles and when I step on the scale my weight including shoes and clothes is almost 67kg / 147 lbs – lets try out if the slave notices the 5kg difference! I get on the desk and order him to put his hands on the edge. First, Ill trample his hands and see if my shoes leave nice marks under my weight! Then he has to present one finger at a time, and I step on each of his fingers with my full weight … hes screaming in pain as my weight flattens his fingers and I continue to try out different parts of the shoe sole – comparing the marks they leave behind on his fingers and I enjoy as the slave begs for mercy and kisses my shoe sole while his finger gets crushed under my other shoe! His hands are shaking from the pain and hes almost crying, but I wont stop until all of his fingers are marked by my shoes!
So far your face survived a trampling by me every time … but Im not sure it will survive todays trampling! Ive put on my inov8 trail running shoes with sharp big studs – theyre perfect to give me good traction on mud – and Im sure theyll give me good traction on your face as well! Does it hurt when my full weight comes crushing down on your face and the studs sink deep into your skin? No matter how hard I trample your face, stomp on it and jump on it – I wont slip off but destroy everything in my path. When he starts to plead for mercy I just go right ahead and stand on his head, mashing his face under the heavy treads combat boots. Each time I land, the slave loses his breath, feeling my weight crush his very soul. We really have great fun abusing our slave like this.
I just wanted to go for a run when I noticed theres a thumb print on my inov8 trail running shoes … guess the loser touched them without my permission! Obviously hes getting punished for that! I put on the shoes and order him to put his hands on the ground – so I can trample them! The studs of the shoes will surely hurt the slave and do some serious damage to his hands – but he shouldve thought about that before touching them! They immediately leave marks all over his fingers and make him scream in pain as my full weight comes crushing down on his fingers. Hes close to crying after just 1-2 minutes already … but well continue this punishment for much longer … until Im really sure that he learned his lesson!
